Arnell Creek - Located on Old Landing road near shopping and beaches. This year round community has pool and tennis facilities. The homes are single family on large lots (1/2 acre or larger) Ashburn - A small gated community tucked away in Lewes with a historical element. Homes are grand reproductions of 18th century manors. It is east of route one and 5 minutes to downtown Lewes and the beach.

Edgewater Estates - This is an established year-round community located on Red Mill Pond just off Route One just north of Lewes. Most lots are 1/2 acre in size and attached to a central sewer.  Hawkseye is a single family, residential community. This new community is located off Gills Neck Road on rolling terrain next to Wolfe Glade, near the Lewes- Rehoboth Canal and Cape Henlopen State Park. Lots are half acre to three acre with pond views or woods.
Mallard Point is a particularly beautiful community of distintive homes located on Red Mill Pond, jsut a short drive to Lewes.

 The town of Slaughter Beach located at 38°55'3" North, 75°18'29" West in Sussex County Delaware is a small beach front community consisting of 524 residents. Rehoboth Beach is approximately a 20 minute drive to the South and the city of Dover is about a 20 minute drive to the North.
