advice to buyers...welcome to the buyers market.
I was chatting with a mortgage broker yesterday and we both admitted to being quite confused.
Last week we saw our resort real estate market with houses priced anywhere for 10 to 25% LOWER than the past few years. Additionally, last week's interest rates were well under 6% (actually the lowest they have been in years for qualified buyers). And buyers are waiting in the wings....for something, I'm not quite sure what.
Everyday I get asked if I think prices are continuing to drop. Well maybe...or maybe not but IT DOESN'T REALLY MATTER.
Smart investors are out there right now getting very discounted prices...they are.
They make offers...bargain fearlessly...and walk away if it doesn't work out.
Get out there...be a fierce buyer and reap the benefits!
